I lived there for almost a year, and although it's got beautiful trappings, the staff is clueless! In this short period of time, they have already gone through 4 administrators, and because they "low-balled" all the bids for building the place, it is literally falling down already! There are leaks in the ceilings, and there were times when BOTH elevators did not work and residence were stuck on their floor, what if there had been a fire? The elevators never work. They also have gone through 4 or 5 managers of the kitchen and dining room staff. The dining room staff are literally in and out like a revolving door. The food is scarce, we were told we could only have ONE SERVING of anything because the food "budget" was so tight. The "snacks" at night were getting scarcer and scarcer! Maybe some juice, dry cereal and coffee, and sometimes they would leave out whatever was left over as far as desserts went. The trappings are nice, and you can go see for yourself, I warned you.
