Dr. Doug is wonderful - a very compassionate doctor who takes the time to give you all the details, but in a very clear manner so that you can understand the complicated medical/optical/physics science stuff. You can tell he really cares about you - the individual patient, and he wants you to really understand what is happening with your eyes and your vision. He is passionate about his work, and is definitely not treating patients like just another number. His sense of humor plays through, so the entire experience is very pleasant. Why would anyone want to go to anyone else?
