they know about plumbing!

A little off the beaten path, but It is so nice to shop where the service folks actaully know all about their products and take the time to give me help on making smart choices-- sure beats wandering around in a giant building wondering when someone will notice me--then finding out they can't answer my questions because they don't know the products or how they are used--great place and good people to work with.
