I have never been more impressed with a company that takes its work and its customers as serious as ServPro. Within an hour of my distress call, Pete was on the scene evaluating the water damage, stationing equipment, extracting water, and advising the next steps with my insurance company and adjuster. Within 48 hours all the water was gone, the check was in hand from my insurance company, and contractors were on the scene, helping to clean up the mess in order for necessary renovations to begin.
