Charged me service charge to look at furnace. Said they couldn't fix it but took my service charge. I fixed it by self and I know hardly anything about furnaces.

We ran out of oil. Wife called to get lines bled as I was out of town. They wanted $95 to drive over and another $95 to turn one screw? All this after years of working together?

Excellent customer service!. Needed a new oil boiler right away because my old unit went out on the coldest day of the year. Thomaston Oil Company came to my home on the same day and install my new boiler that evening. I highly recommend this company!

I'm sorry to hear about the other guys experience but mine has been wholly different. They've always been accommodating, polite and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we could heat our home! I give'm 5 stars and would give a 6th if I could
