I was immediately greeted and serviced within 15 minutes. The facility is orderly and very professional. I found Dr Im's "bedside" manner to be both very warm and relaxing. After providing "onsite" testing; Dr. Im spent time fully explaining my options. I was pleasantly surprised that a specialized body scan was performed on me during my visit! (I thought I would need to go to another facility). As a seasonal resident, I had additional concerns because I desired a "handoff" of any analysis to my long term medical support team*. The facility support staff arranged to share my analysis with my MD, which quickly resolved that concern .*That team included my wife who is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner currently in NJ. She was allowed to speak to the support staff while I was being treated. The facility did not accept debit nor credit cards; I thought that information should have been on their web site. I strongly recommend Exceptional Urgent Care!
