I am very unhappy with how the staff treats people. The office manager was rude and Michelle is the only redeeming part of the group. The diet is extremely strict and hard to stick to and instead of encouraging me I was made fun of in front of their doctor. It is supposed to be doctor lead yet I never met the man and when asked questions I was referred to the office manager who was rude to me. On top of it, when I reached the last stages of the program I was ignored and had no support at all. For the money I spent it was not worth it at all.
