my chevrolet silverado 1500 needed some work dun on the transmission. no one scratched it up, no doors were left open, and no paint was scratched. I think Sheryl needs to take before and after pics next time. if not her thin the next company that dus work for her.

Okay this is Sheryl again. I finally recieved my car. This shop released it to my ex husband after they were told not too. The amp is gone. There is a big scratch in the door, (of a new paint job i may add) They interior is faded from sitting in the dust and wheather without being wiped down. My wheels have new scratches in them, (new wheels) There has been 20,000 dollars dumped into refurbishing this car. Not one person ever took care of it. From Big o tires in Roseburg, to Horizon auto body in Roseburg, (which by the way I took to court and won) Certified auto and transmission took the same careless care of a custom car then the rest of the people taht worked on it. Then have the nerve to tell me I am picky. You put that kind of money into customizing a car and see how you like it when someone is careless and ruins the work you had done. There are so many rattles from not being put together right that you can't hardly drive it. Certified auto and transmission. After almost 8 months of having my custom celica. You ruined it !!!!!!! I am disgusted.... You did bad work and your vacations and bad back, made my cars value go down to almost nothing and you were paid 4800 dollars for your worthless careless work. I can't do anything about it but re-do what I have done many times already. Post your crap so others will know how careless you are in your performance as a business. I wouldn't take my car back to you if you were the only shop in the world...Someday I pray Karma repays you for what you did to me and my car. Thanks for nothing Certified wreckers.......

My celica was put into this shop before december of 09, It is now the end of march. My car needed some engine work and a new transmission. This shop failed to keep in any kind of contact with me. My refurbished car with a new top (convertable) and paint job, was sitting outside in the wheather until I learned of it. I am told it was put inside after i called. Last week I called to see if it was time to pick up my car YET. I was told the mechanic was on vacation, so the next week I called and the guy told me his back hurts. This is not funny,. I find that this shop will never get any of my business again.. Nor any one that I know. I will be sure to inform people of the neglect and longevity of there work..I have yet to know how my car runs. They do not keep in contact with the owners, they wait for you to call them. I will not have any more work done on my car at this shop. I would pay heed to my warning. five months to fix my car and he was paid all of 4700 before it was done the remainder of almost 600 is due, but my car seems to not be done yet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE>>>>>I just called and now I guess it needs the valves changed. I am extremly disappointed in the performance of this shop......It is summer, and I want my convertable, he had ample time to fix it. I would not give this place one star, not a half or a quarter star, they owe me a star....bummer place to fix your car....
