I went to get a gas water heater on 10-31-2015 around 6:15pm.. When I pressed the help buton inside the store, a black lady with short hair came over and right from the beginning you could tell she was bothered that someone had interrupted her break since that was the body language I perceived from her. When I asked about the heaters she just said that "whatever I saw THAT was it". She never asked what I was looking good for or offered any interest. I told her I was looking into one with 12 years warranty. She repeated that whatever I saw was it. I then told her I had seen some online and she acted like she didn't know and would have to look it up online. How can you not know? Really? She then started looking for them and when I asked her what would she recommend, she started giving me an attitude saying she doesn't live in my house so she could not tell. I tried showing her a picture but she said she didn't want to see it because she didn't want to recommend any. What kind of a salesperson is she?.. she started saying something but I was so fed up with her attitude that I walked out. Never had I seen someone so rude and unprofessinal. I ended up at Home Depot where they treated me right and answered my questions AND asked to see MY PICTURES so they would recommend something similar. Now that's a good salesperson. My 800.00 bucks I spent at Home Depot was Wirth it. And it started with a smile unlike at Lowe's. AVOID the Short black lady with short hair working around 6:30 PM in the water heater department!!!!
