I had a problem with my septic pump. I called and they came out and fixed the problem very quickly. I had to replace the pump and float. They got the job done within 24 hours. Thanks John!!

We drove to Terryvile from Meriden to deliver blueprints for a quote. He never had the decency to return our numerous phone calls.

SEWER SYSTEM REPAIR

We live in an 80+ year old home and our blockage problem was complicated. I am impressed with the depth of knowledge of the Bristol-Terryville Septic & Sewer Service team in identifying the problem and coming up with a solution. Because I have no real reference point for excavating costs, I initially thought their price was on the high side. But after having them at my home and experiencing their overall kindness, care and attention to detail, it was clear that the value for the money was there. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing our sewer system and getting us back "online" in a timely manner, they fixed our landscaping so well, we only needed a bit of grass seed and the yard will look great once again. I will definitely use them if the need arises in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and family. - Jeff Sepa
