This water department is impossible to work with. They do not have an online payment system. You cannot pay by phone. You have to physically go to the location to make a payment. There are several months that go by and I do not receive a water bill. They have three employees that work for this company. My water has been shut off three times in 6 months. The lady at the desk says she sends me shut off notices but she doesnt. I ask for for proof that the bill goes out or that the notice goes out and she says that she doesnt have proof but everyone gets one. She says that on my application i stated that i want my bills sent to my previous address and not my current address. She says that she cannot manually change that and that she does me a favor by sending bills to my address. She says that I have to come in and change it. I am beyond frustrated. There is no one to cantact regarding these issues. I was told that a Gary Holcomb would contact me but he only works part time and there is no guarantee when or if he will actually call me.
