1st time I was there they were 1 1/2 hours. Late opening. We had a reservation. We reserved a mid size car and got a mini. We were way behind. 2nd the guy helping us kept playing a game on his phone. Took is 45 minutes to get a car. 3rd reserved a car 1 month before but, of course the same guy on his phone set us up. He set the car puck up at 5 pm. I started calling at 12 to reassure the car would be there. For 1 why wouldn't they have a car there? They had trucks and vans. DON'T GO HERE
