Finus and his son Brian have been servicing us for 5 years. My parent's for longer. They use products safe for our pets and are really friendly. Today Brian caught an invasive species of spider and removed it from our home during the service for no extra charge. I've never had any issues with bugs and on the few instances where sometime might get into the house, they will come back out to check. I really value their service and have them come by every 3 months for maintenance and once a year for a termite check.
