I scheduled my gas tank delivery three weeks in advance for November 5 2014. On November 5 about noon I called Jebbs Inc. to inquire where we were on the delivery and at first the office manager said that I wasn't on the schedule. I told her that she wanted to schedule me on November 4 and I said no it was election day. At that point she seemed to remember me and then stated that they are blown away and so behind. She said she would get back to me. I waited 24 hours for a call back and then called her back. I got a lady in Princeton office, I was in Terre Haute, and she transferred me back to Terre Haute. She then said she would email Kevin to see what the status was on my delivery. I waited on the phone with her while she waited on Kevin to email back. I finally said, please call me when you have an update. I had no call back from early in the morning so I was in Terre Haute and thought I would check on the status. The status was She had not heard back from Kevin so she called on the phone. I waited in the office while she worked with other customers, phone calls etc. After standing at the counter she said maybe we could install a couple of 100 lb tanks temporarily. I said sounds great. When can that be done. Oh I'll have to talk to Kevin. She had to go to lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 and had to go to the bank and run some other errands. I said OK I will also go to lunch and come back. At lunch, I called another company and they installed and filled my tank the next day. One phone call, one fax and perfect delivery of service. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this customer service was so bad that I felt that others should know. I'm not sure if this is how this business has operated in the past but if they have too much business and don't need the business, please tell the customer so they don't have to endure what I endured. I just needed a propane tank to run a furnace. I didn't think that was so complicated.
