I called a few companies at 7 am with the emergency call (no water in my house). They were the only one that showed up quickly and on time as promised (wow!). They were very pleasant and professional. The problem was located and fixed in under 30 minutes and inexpensively. Water is back!

They are the best water company in Monmouth after spending thousands of dollars with three other companies, I called Burkes. They were recommended to me by the guys at my favorite plumbing supply. I had a bad odor, fine silt and black streaks on my fixtures. Burkes explained the black streaks were caused by Macanese sulfate in the water They suggested changing the head on my water softener because they suspected a manufacturing defect on that model The suggestion worked!! Talk about the voice of experience!

I was very pleased with Burkes Pumps. There guys were very courteous and knowledgable.They taught me everything I needed to know about my system.I will always use them and they come highly recommended.
