Having major problems with nurses at this facilities. Medication is not dispensed to patients in a timely manner. My mom has either not gotten her pain med at all or it's so late and she is crying with so much pain. The rehab staff seems nice but this is unacceptable. Yikes.
Followup-4 hours late my mom got her pain med. thank you to the Director and to the head nurse tonight. They acted within an hour of my first phone call to remedy. I just hope the nurse that is doing this is handled as well.

All these people care about is their dollar. They falsely told us our mother was fully independent and they had fully rehabbed her. She can not walk with out four, yes 4, people getting her out of her chair. Please be aware this place is not for the patient. They want their Medicare dollars and shoo you out the door.
