No stars at all if that were an option. The manager is completely out of line. We entered into a contract with a man who owns some homes out here and moved our stuff in. She found that we were moving in and stated that since the home was on their property that we were not approved to live there. She stated that we had 24 hours to vacate the home or we would be taken off of her property by the police. We have no criminal records or anything and like I said had already signed a lease with the owner of the home. I sat in her office yesterday 9 months pregnant as she informed me of her intent to have us escorted off of the property by the next day. I had major anxiety attack at the thought of having no place to go with my children and being due in 3 weeks. I plan on calling the corporate office first thing tomorrow morning now that we have been informed that she cannot legally evict us from a home she does not own. Like I said I am very pregnant and had to help my husband move all of our furniture out all evening just to find out she lied. Not to mention I just signed a 3 year electricity contract also and I plan on getting our home back or suing the hell out of these people.
