Cleaners lost my clothes now they refuse to reimburse us for the items. I was told they accidentally gave our clothes to someone else. It has been 2 months and we are still dealing with this. We are having to take them to small claims court

Cleaners gave my clothes to someone else, they told me this now they refuse to pay me for my lost items. Had to go to police department and now going to small claims court. How sad they refuse to be an honest company and pay for their mistakes

It is very sad that this dry cleaners has changed ownership. I was a customer for over 20 years. They shrunk a St. Johns knit blouse of mine and could have cared less. They did not apologize or offer compensation. They indicated that it was all my fault. Oh, and if you pay in advance and they decide that can't clean something, you don't get the money back. You only get a "credit." I will never go there again. I wish I could give it no star.

I took my sons ROTC uniform to be dry cleaned an to get out a chocolate stain out of his shirt. they charged me almost $8.00 for the service. i picked up the uniform the next day, an the chocolate stain was still on the shirt. i went and bought some spray oxi clean an treated the stain to the directions on the bottle an washed the shirt. no more stain. i wil never use this dry cleaning place again. i will spent rght at $5.00 for a nottle of oxy clean stain removal ando his uniforms at home from now on.
