Ive been buying my rabbit food there for months and have been very happy with it. Until 3 weeks ago i purchased a new bag and two days later my rabbits started getting sick. I took them off the pellets and only gave them water and hey as you do when rabbits get sick. Ultimately i lost 13 rabbits. After all was said and done and my remaining rabbits were clear i went to start putting them back on pellets and discovered the bag had a hole in the bottomn of it that had been taped over and it was moldy wich is inturn why 13 of my rabbits died and one pregnant doe that did survive aborted her babies. I took the bag and pieces of moldy food in to the store and they pretty much didnt care. They looked at me like i ripped the whole in the bag and taped it and tried to blame it on them wich is asinine. Like id risk my animals health. There was no im sorry for what you went through and im sorry for your animals that were lost i was given a refund and another bag of feed that i didnt want cause now im scared to buy anything from them. I will never buy anything from them again and now i have to worry about any feed i buy anywhere. I feel like i have to check over everything i buy for holes or whatever else wich should not be something i should have to worry about.
