Terrible customer service - we used them to go to a concert. The AC was broken, the driver refused to park in the parking lot to wait for us during the show, then he insisted on leaving early before several members of our group could find the bus.



When I called the company to complain and request half our money back, they admitted that the driver confirmed my story but would only give us a $100 credit on a future ride... and it took them a week to get back to me.



This company is ridiculous - use anyone else.

A Luxury Limousine Services is kinda hard to find these days, but thank goodness I bumped into this service site here. I'm way satisfied and had fun with their service and would no doubt love to introduce them to my colleagues.
