Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Don't waste your time or money!

I have experienced horrible customer service from just about every McDonald's I've ever visited, but this particular location is hands down the WORST. Today, they took it to a whole new level of crappy service and I will never go this location again. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac meal. When I got home I discovered that only half of the burger had anything on it. By that I mean the bottom half had the burger, cheese, lettuce, etc, then the piece of bread that divides the two layers. On the top half, between the divider bread and sesame seed top, NOTHING! No sauce, cheese, lettuce, pickles, BURGER...NOTHING! It was completely dry. I can understand how sometimes during a lunch rush things get overlooked, but I refuse to believe that this was an oversight. I am positive that whoever put the burger together was completely aware of the mistake, but rather than fixing it that person intentionally chose to leave it as is and send it out. This is RIDICULOUS! This particular McDonalds has only been open for about 5 or 6 months and it has been this way from the beginning. Whether it's an unreasonably long wait in the drive thru, or burgers made wrong, or the order just flat out wrong all together, it's always something when I go to this location. I even stopped by on a Monday morning at 6:30 and they were CLOSED! No sign or explanation, just closed. I didn't realize it until the car in front of me at the drive thru box finally drove off after waiting a while. I know that true commitment to customer service is becoming extinct, but it's starting to seem like they are actually committing themselves to seeing just how far in the opposite direction of service they can go. I will never go to this McDonald's again.
