If you are a landlord, avoid these people like the plague, unless you like college students trashing your property. Case in point, the new residents at 1718 N. McAllister in north Tempe starting partying on the roof at 6:30AM and are still at it at 6:30 this evening. The same ASU students who moved in a week ago and have had a non-stop party ever since. Yes, a radio, alcohol, diving into the pool from the roof, a half dozen plus people on the roof, and even though Westwood was informed, they just don't care. Liability anyone???



If you like seeing thong wearing skanks on roofs, parties at all hours of the night and day, then by all means, move into a future slum near a Westwood property.

The3se guys are unprofessional and a ripoff. do yourself a great service and go with a more reputable company. I was leaving the state and signed a contract with these guys. After that they were near impossible to get ahold of, wanted some astronomical figurwe to repaint a few walls, and then decided not to manage my property. That wa not a problem, the problem was I was out of state, had been calling them 3 times a week and was unable to get ahold of them (Aaron Richardson and Toby) and they did not return my calls. After terminating contract I was able to rent my house out in a day for more than they were going to ask. Working with these guys is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and check out more compaies. These guys are totally unprofessional and out to scam your money.
