They are terrible! Bad customer service. They were too busy talking to each other. I was trying to buy and they couldn't care less. They made me feel like i was just annoying them

Very bad service. I bought 2 vapes and I've had to exchange both and didn't even get the color I had before for the trifecta. The other battery still isn't working good and I have a vape that I bought from the smoke shop for my sister for $20 and that works better than the one I bought for myself that cost me $43!!! I am very unsatisfied with this.
