I have lived here for a year and so far I love it. Every time I have had an issue or needing something fixed management and maintenance were very quick to fix or replace it. Ever since we have gotten new management there has been some great changes around here with the landscaping and even new pool furniture. Im glad they are finally updating the place because it definately needed it. So far ive been lucky livivng here I have never had an issue with noise or the neighbors around me which is hard to find a place like that.I have never had an issue with roaches or bugs which is a huge plus. The rent is also very good expecially for the size of the apartment and the fact they have a washer and dryer inside. I would definately recommend these apartments to everyone.

I would never let anyone stay in this complex. I had problems repeatedly with my air conditioner and the office staff treated it like it was no big deal. It started out in June when my air conditioner ran all the time. Several people told me I should have it looked at. I got my first bill and it was $140. I have never had an electric bill that high before. I called the office and the office refused to even look at it. My girlfriend finally called and they said they would look at it, but they didn't. It turned into a worse problem in July when it would run the whole day and often be at 90 degrees or higher. I had it set at 82. I called 2 other times about the problem and both times they acted like it was no big deal. I finally demanded that someone come look at the air conditioner and they are now charging me for having someone look at it. All the office staff cares about is money. They do not care about their residents. I have trouble giving the complex even one star. If you are thinking about living there please change your mind.
