Overall Poor Quality Work and Customer Service

I don't recommend this dentist office at all. They have very poor communication, a couple visits they didn't know why I was there or who I was there to see. They were supposed to send an email attachment with pictures of my teeth w/in a couple days, never happened. I felt like I've been way overcharged, ten thousand out of pocket for a set of dentures I'm so unsatisfied with I don't even want to wear them. Please if for even a second you're thinking about this place for dentures do yourself a huge favor and pick a different location! Dr. Keller, Miguel, Carlos the guys that put my teeth together, are not very good artists and don't have a clue about how to make teeth look good in someone's mouth. The model might've been up to par and fit together well to them, but they feel and look horrible when I wear them. I finally gave up on their ability to do any better with my teeth on yet another try, and just went with it. I shouldn't have not until I was 100 percent satisfied, I regret that. I regret going to Tempe Dental Care all together!

I was putting off going to a dentist, as I just moved to the area. This place has the friendliest staff, gentle procedures, and affordable prices for those without insurance. I couldn't believe how painless my fillings were, that I was SO nervous about. The other dentist I went to near my apartment didn't seem to care about my cavity and was quick to suggest braces. This office went over ALL my concerns, explained everything very thoroughly, and have worked with me to schedule the procedures over the upcoming months at my convenience. They were also able to get me in within days, instead of weeks like other places. I am recommending them to everyone I know!!!!!!!
