Very happy with my recent wood blinds purchase from Selectblinds.com. I had an issue with my order, but a customer service person quickly cancelled my mistake, and I received exactly what I needed. Now they are up on the windows, and I am getting a ton of compliments! I will definitely order from them again!

The overall process through the website was very user friendly and quick for us. My wife and I love the sample kit with styles and color/stain options that you sent to us. This really helps someone find the perfect match for their home. We placed two separate orders over a period of 4 months and both arrived relatively soon after we placed the order. The installation instructions are easy to follow and all the required hardware came with the blinds. Each area we installed our new blinds was perfectly enhanced and we couldn't be happier. Thank you again for a wonderful product and the great service throughout the process. We will indeed be a repeat customer.

my @homecollection blackout pleated shades provide the best privacy and insulation especially when living in a very hot state. The shades arrived in perfect condition, and were very easy to install, even on my own. I couldn't be more pleased with these shades. Not only do they look awesome, on my windows, but the process of ordering samples and then my choice of shades was easy and fast. I recently purchased some gorgeous bamboo shades from SelectBlinds.com and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After reading their guarantee information, I went ahead and ordered samples first, just to make sure I was covered and to make sure the color was going to work with my room. After receiving those, I measured my windows using their measuring guide and it was easy, After reading some of the reviews here, I am surprised because all you really have to do is measure the exact width and height of the window frame and put those numbers in. I almost measured my old window blinds instead - and I am so glad I didn't - cause apparently, the company deducts from the measurements you give them to accommodate the hardware included with each product. Anyway, the new shades came quickly - were easy to install, and fit perfect! Plus - I shopped around a bit for this type of shade, and they had the best product for the best price anywhere.. and it is custom fit! Will definitely shop here again!

The worst company on the internet. Sent wrong sizes. Open boxes, Mis-matched headers. I left over 15 messages. No reponse. Do not buy from them!
