I have worked with very few agencies in my past. But I will be honest. I will never forget Professional Placement INC. The staff was beyond words. Whitney (Front desk) with her warm welcoming smile, always upbeat. Made me feel welcomed every time I came into the office. Amber (Recruiter) Very easy to talk to. I was a little nervous in the interview process, but by the end of our interview I felt like I’ve known her for years. Christina (Manager) Always a joy to work with. Made payroll a breeze. And Wayne (Owner, yes the Owner) It is very rare when you get to meet the owner of a company, but when the owner is as humble as Wayne, you feel right at home. I have enjoyed working for this company, and because of them, I was hired on to the company they placed me with. And I tell you I couldn't be any happier. I will miss the team at Professional Placement. But they will never be forgotten. Thanks again:)

5.0 star rating8/15/2011Before Professional Placement I'd never used a temp or staffing agency, so I was unsure of the things I'd have to deal with or how long it would take to find a placement for me. I sent in my resume, was contacted the next day, and then made an appointment to come in to fill out the paperwork and do all the testing. I met with Jeff Seifert (who is amazing!) and he found me a placing within a few days of my first meeting with him. Because Wayne, Jeff and the office have so many interesting companies that they supply staffing for, I ended up ultimately enjoying the role of being a 'professional temp' and working the needs of the assigned companies.I will never be able to thank or recommend this company enough!The support and encouragement I received was so positive and motivating and it meant a lot to me.Professional Placement is wonderful and they will do all that they can to help you find a place of employment that fits you just as well as you fit it.

6 months ago I decided to consider a move from Tucson to Phoenix. I began looking into the job market in that area. When I called Professional Placement I was greeted by a warm and welcoming voice. I later found out that was the voice of Wayne Calhoun who open the doors of Professional Placement in 1955. We discussed my background and career interest. He then invited me in for an interview. My visit to the office was extremely pleasant and the application process was very simple. I met with Jeff Seifert, Wayne Calhoun and Christina Doddroe. They were all kind, informative and best of all honest. I have been to other agonies in the past that made me feel like I was just a number. At Professional Placement I was treated with dignity and respect. There is a reason this company has been around since 1955.

I know this company has been in business in Az since 1955 and a member of the BBB since 1972 with an current rating of an A+. However I was contacted by them recently stating that they had seen my resume online and had a client not only looking for an outside salesman but in the industry (material handeling, forklift sales) that I had been in for the last 5 years. I was also told that they had several other opportunities in outside sales. I was asked to come to their place of business to fill out an application and meet with them. After arriving 15 minutes early and doing an application I was told I would meet with Jeff, After a 30 minute wait I was then introduce to a lady and told Jeff was tied up with something. We started the interview and a few minutes later she excused herself to take a phone call. Once she came back I was informed not only the did not have an opportunity in my field but they had no outside sales positions available at all. WTF A complete waste of my time energy
