They have monthly featured products that offers discounts. I was able to get my dogs accessories half a price. That's awesome.

I like to shop for salt water items. I feel like the employees in the salt water department dont care whether I am there or not. I expect exceptional customer service. Come on really...how about a smile, Maybe the employees can make me feel like I am important to the pets inc. business. So far though...that has not happened. So...I take my business to Aqua Touch. I am treated with respect and I feel they appreciate my business, So...to pets inc...wake up. The customer is who pays youe bills.

I have to Laugh at all these college trained, over anxious types who cant get what they WANT when they want it.......and that means NOW. Folks really need to relax, this is a PET store that focuses mainly on Fish and Reptiles. I have worked for 2 seperate pet stores in the valley in the past, and one in New Jersey (yep N J !) and I keep comming back to PET's Inc. because they are small.YES, the associates are younger, and you might have to talk slowly to get them to recognise that you are in the store, hoping to make a purchase, but I have only had good results with the Fish I buy here. The Fish I have purchased from the "other" guys in Phx. always tend to die within a few days.I purchased 2 Large Angels 3 weeks ago, some plants (kinda expensive but doing well) 2 Nirite snails to help with my algae problem, and a small S.American Chiclid I cant name right now..............all doing very well.If we cant give ourselves time to relax when we enter a Pet Store, maybe we should just s

The employees are knowledgable and very helpfull. I shop here at least 2-3 times monthly. I recommend Pets INC for both fresh and salt water fish. They have an amazing selection.

Have shopped at this store for about 5 years. Bought our wonderful dog (who ended up having worms - but we didn't care, he was otherwise completely healthy) about 4.5 years ago. Two days ago I went in to reset up my 300 gallon tank, as we had to take it apart a few weeks before. I always buy Stress Coat and Stress Zyme when setting up my tank. The man who helped me instead talked me into buying "Start Smart" at $13.99 a bottle * 6 bottles as that is what would treat a 300 gallon aquarium. I set the tank up that night, and slowly added fish back to it (started with the cheapest and most hardy fish). The next day, in a one hour period, the tank got super cloudy and the fish were all laying on their sides. I instantly changed the water, and spent another $100 on Stress Coat and Stress Zyme at the locat Petsmart. I lost 5 clowns ($100), another cheap loach, and 2 Calvus Compressiceps that were $150 each. I called the store, and the guy who answered REMEMBERED me coming in and buying

this store has just about everything you could need as far as fish goes. They are more expensive on some things, but they are always smart and really helpful. separate staff for freshwater & saltwater, there is always someone around to help.

I wanted to give my large sucker away but this store said no way we will give you store credit. It helped me stay in my hobby. They have tropical and salt fish great selections and the needed items to make having fish easier and more enjoyable.

This is the place to go if you want anything aquatic! These guys carry aq wide variety of fish and pets at a great rate.

The staff all had tattoos and percings.

It took us like 45 minutes to be helped.

the gerbil for sale was sick.

I bought 2 corydoras from there. the water they came in was GREEN. There was some kind of mold or algee floating around in the bag with them! i put them in my aqarium and next came a plague that took the lives of half my fish.



If you need fish go to OceanFloor. Its a bit farther away but much better than this pig hole.

have bought several items here love the owner great man for my large purchase he gave me a discount, and a coupon for return visit, was very happy with my service and people, all no what they are talking about, answered every question I asked and were very helpful.Have several Items that I buy every other week, I have several pets and the know everything about everyone of them, thank you, for all your help, and also a great shopping experience.
