I have sent an E mail a while ago about an issue. No response yet. That does not surprise me because your corporate phone extensions when you dial the extension just goes to voice mail. Customer service indicates the mail box is full. What great customer service. Your FNAF construction sets have the same bar code on all of them. This is told to me by Best Buy stores. This is why when you order a specific model number or SKU number you receive any random piece. This is very bad. I can not tell you how many times I have returned the wrong item back to Best Buy.
