Formed in 1982 and incorporated in 1986, Holguin, Fahan & Associates, Inc (HFA) is a full service environmental consulting and management firm. HFA is composed of scientists, engineers, geologists, planners, and technical editors with expertise in the assessment, characterization, remediation, reclamation, and documentation of contaminated property. HFA's services are designed to successfully and cost-effectively determine the types and extent of chemically impacted soil and groundwater, and then if necessary, to remediate those impacts. HFA has developed a unique structure among American environmental service firms.
