I have been bringing my dogs here for five years.They are the best groomed in the valley.They are very knowledgeable,and do a great job.My dog loo awesome after being groomed.

This company is the best in the valley. They will take care of your pets like family. They are still open they just moved across the street in the walgreens parking lot. The new address is 3310 S McClintock Dr, Tempe AZ. Call them today 480 897 7734

Look I'm sorry you where not happy with

the groom or price..But petstylists never

give a full price over the phone. Untill we see

you're pet then we will have a better idea of

the price it will be before you leave the salon.

The cat that you have listed on craigs list it looks pretty

good,it got a lion cut which it will have a shaved tail and a

puff on the end of tail and a main around the neck area.

But did you even bother calling and talking with the owners of the salon.

before ranting on cragis list. Expect to pay alot for you're cat to get groomed.

They are a speacialty and it takes to groomers to work on them and not 20 min. to due them..

It sounds like you just wanted a bath and brush out it is hard to leave a cat a certin length.

This is the worst grooming business in AZ. I took my long haired cat the have him groomed and they did a horrific job. Not only did they give him the wrong cut( they shaved off all of his beautiful tail,shaved him uneven, they didn't bother to brush him after to get the loose hair out and they left mats under his neck, my 9yr old could have done a better job then this place ), they were very ruff and mean with him. I didn't dare leave him alone with them because I was scared of how they would treat him if I wasn't there. When I called the day before they quoted me $30- $35 but when I went to pay they told me it was $50 and they was for a 20 min. groom session. One of the groomer's assistants was so rude( have not ever been treated the way she treated me in my whole life) saying remarks, like when ask if I wanted him bathed and I replied, "Yes", her reply, "Are you kidding me? " She also told me that I was unappreciative called me rude among other names. I was so shock and couldn't believe what she was says because I've hadn't even said anything to her except that I had been quoted a different price. This place is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend that anyone who loves their pets to take them to Fancy Pets in Tempe. ( this is also the same place as the Fancy Pets located next to Basket Robbins on McClintock and Southern.)
