This physician is strongly not recommended. The first visit was good. Went and got all scans done and completed. Dr. office has own scan equipment. pillows dirty, floors dirty, not clean. Very unorganized. When the DR walked into tell me my scan results, he said come tomorrow and get your radioactive medication. it will destroy your thyroid. you will be on medication for the rest of your life. When I asked question he tried to lie to me saying that it is a myth that thyroid patients gain weight and that if i wanted to loose weight i need to go down to an 800 cal a day diet. I asked about the medication that i would be on and what side effects it had he started yelling at me and when i asked why he was mad he said that he was not mad he was upset and that i could go to another Dr. Does not like to ansewer questions you have about your medical condition. He expected me to go with his life changing medical procedure without questioning him. Does not like to be questioned by females. Refuses to use or try alternative methods. Very rude and disrespectful does not have time for his patients. likes to heard them in like cattle to get all the money he can..

I am a patient of Dr. Pinnamaneni’s for two years. It is my belief, by sheer simple calculation, during 50 years of Dr. Pinnamaneni's career, he has had over 400,000 patient contacts or healthcare decision points thus far as noted in his policies. From reading some of the comments posted on web portals, I understand a few patients were aggrieved due to their misguided information directed towards Dr. Pinnamaneni or his services in office. However, in the future if one were to come across such misplaced unfair judgments, derogative disinformation and unwarranted comments questioning Dr. Pinnamaneni's professionalism or specialty competence, and one elects to believe it without neutrality before meeting Dr. Pinnamaneni, it would be best for them to find another physician immediately to protect the sacredness of the patient-physician relationship. I extracted some of the above information from Dr. Pinnamaneni's office policies and brochures I received as a patient.
