I also recently have had problems with Century 21 Northwest Property Management. They sent one of their contracted A/C technicians to our home in Mesa 9/3/2010. This same technician had replaced a fan unit on the A/C unit 10 days earlier. While he was on site something happened at the electrical panel which effected multiple electrical circuits. Tenants had to run an extension cord from the refrigerator to another outlet for example. Also we learned the A/C has "burned up" at some point. Century 21 refused to properly investigate what happened, never interviewed anyone outside their company, didn't request photos of the damaged circuit panel, etc. After many emails pleading with them to investigate the issue and being stonewalled by Century 21 employees I ended up filing the first bbb complaint of my life. To this day Century 21 has not conducted a proper investigation, and has stated that if we choose to terminate the contract, sure we can, but we'll be liable for the remaind

They have managed my property for 2 years, I receive great follow up and care. Thanks C21 NW for keeping me out of trouble and informed!!

I have had no problems with century 21's property managment! They have handled my properties with great care. I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks to the staff a C21NW!!!

I would like to rate 0 stars, but you can't ... I wish I would have seen some reviews of Century 21 Northwest before having them manage my property. My experience was characterized by extreme negligence in managing the property - a complete lack of management of the property, consistent requests for more & more money, inability to find a renter for several months, not monitoring the property when vacant, recurring monthly billing and statement errors, surprise charges on my statements with no supporting documentation, etc. My experience with them was nothing less than disastrous and regretful. Hopefully, this helps someone else.
