I have gone to AZ Auto Doctor in Tempe for years and I have received nothing but outstanding service. As a single mother I have to go to a service place that I trust and that is not going to rip me off iwth expensive service or work I do not need. Ryan and the staff at AZ Auto Doctor havealways provided excellent work at a price i can afford. I am sorry the couple that complained had a bad experience but she is the exception not the rule. I strongly recommend them over any service provider including the dealerships. If you are looking for trustworthy, auto repair at a resonable price provided by friendly people go to AZ Auto Doctor.

My wife went to az doctors to get her car service. From the moment she entered the door she was not given any customer service. From asking about prices to when can the car receive service the answer was No, No, No, No. I asked my sons about the experience and they too said they wanted to leave an go to another store. The attendant was rude, had an attitude and refused to provide any info in regards to her repair. ( dates, times cost etc.) He actually said " We don't have time to fix your vehicle".

Can you believe that? What a way to treat customers. My wife called me crying and highly upset about her experience. I wanted to go back up to talk to the manager but why waste my time. There is no reason she should have been treated this way. A new customer looking for service. Well we won't be taking any of our vehicles to this shop.

I'm a mother, wife, daughter, electrical engineer. I've never felt so humiliated and degraded when wanting to spend my money. I came in with my two boys to have my Honda serviced. I asked one question and was given a very loud, about NO! I was then told they didn't have time to look at my vehicle. I guess after the look of shock on my face the gentleman then said well when can you bring it in. I stated clearly that I didn't feel welcomed here and left. My boys later told their dad, my husband how they didn't like the way this man treated their mom. I'm ok course but no child should experience their parent being miss treated when all their parent did was ask for a service. I felt judged and discriminated. I guess I was the wrong color or gender. I would never trust someone to work on my vehicle when they can't treat the general public like humans.

We take our Honda and Nissan to this shop and have always had a great experience. The last time we went to have them check out brakes they told us the car wasn't ready for new brakes yet! I've never had a repair shop talk me out of getting work done! They are so honest and I highly recommend them. Fair prices too.
