I DO NOT recommend ordering from Allegro. Bought before with fast shipment. Unfortunately, on July 6, 2009 ordered a walker -after 9 days of no shipment contacted them, via email. In reply message was advised product was discontinued & full credit would be applied to chg card. Waited for credit & had to reply to person's email (1 mo after she wrote) questioning why no credit. Since no correspondence, 1 week later called them to see what's going on & was told credit would be applied by next day at-the-latest. Close to 2 weeks later had to call them again & was told they run credits on weekends & credit should show up no later than 3 business days. Now it's been a week & called again. Their records show credit was sent over to the refunds list & there are delays in the credits. Also a back-log in emails. Supervisor out for the day. It has been over 10 weeks that Allegro has had my money, did not send any product & all I want is my credit. Many hours of my time & not resolved yet 9/11/09!
