From the service managers to my service consultant Doug Peng, my car has been given excellent service. My appointment is always on time. Doug knows what he is doing. He gives the facts, gets it done and it's forward to driving a safe car. Acura of Tempe is outstanding in every way!!!!
Their staff is both friendly & professional. I have gone there with my Integra a few times for repairs and oil changes and am always impressed! I like being able to trust that the work is going to get done right the first time.

Recently purchased a new Acura from Acura of Tempe. From the minute I spoke with the salesman, to signing my paperwork and driving the car home, the experience was extraordinary. Never felt pressured by the sales staff or manager. The manager Joel is absolutely fantastic and will work with you 100%. Was never pressured for a credit app immediately and was given real numbers on what I can expect to actually pay. Dealership is also very clean and they have quite a selection of snacks and beverages. Grew up with family in car business and have purchased a few myself and without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience I've had.

I was extremely disappointed by my visit to this dealership. After my previous lease had matured, I intended to shop for a 2011 Acura TSX and visited Acura of Tempe. Although it was not a busy day by any means in terms of customer flow (and now I can see why), I had to wait nearly 45 minutes to even be seen by a sales rep. When I finally met the rep, he was inattentive to my needs and seemed inconvenienced by any questions that I had. The entire experience was like checking into your local DMV. Not only that, but they had an extremely poor inventory and you had to play games with the sales rep to even get a somewhat realistic offer on the vehicle. He also brought me in to see his boss at one point, who had a tacky tie on and reeked of a typical used car salesman, and I later discovered that they had lied to me about how my previous lease would've been handled in order to get me into a new vehicle at an inflated price.
I ultimately leased a new 2011 Acura TSX at Acura of North Scottsdale. They were shocked when I told them about my experience at Tempe and what I was told. I got a great vehicle at a fair price. Stay away from Acura of Tempe. You can't trust them!
