This company is absolutely terrible!!! First of all I am a local property manager in the area and there are over 200 properties between the property managers in my building so they will hear about this as well. Nick charged for work that they didn't complete and never returned phone calls from myself and my tenants. I worked with Nick and he lied and was a complete jerk. I hired Nick to extract water from under a home and he charged for the water extraction and the air mover. The tenants complained about a week later due to a mildew smell throughout their home. I called another restoration company since Nick was too lazy to answer his phone or get another estimate to me, and the other company said that the water was still in there!! That led to mildew because obviously when you have water just stagnant, it grows mildew. This "mistake" ended to costing the owner over 5k extra when it could and should have been resolved the first time. Do NOT use this company! They are overpriced and their customer service is horrible

Superior Restoration is the only company I would call if I had another water damage! I came home from out of town and my bathroom was completely flooded. My house was a disaster zone and I was slightly hysterical to say the least. When I went online, Superior Restoration was one of the first companies to come up and when I called them, even though it was a Sunday, I was able to speak to a live person! They had a technician out to my home in less than an hour, and took care of my claim from start to finish. They even worked directly with my insurance company! The staff at Superior Restoration was not only friendly, but very professional and made me feel at ease during this whole process. I hope this never happens to you, but if your home is flooded I would whole heartedly recommend Superior Restoration to anyone!
