I don't think anyone should be paying the regular price for this apartment, which is over $1000 for the small two bedroom two bath. I have lived here since Sept 2010 and this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I am 5'5 and weigh 103lbs and I am bigger than the kitchen. The living room is way too small and the way it is set up is a** backwards. For a month straight I had to have maintain come out to fix something because something was constantly breaking. The park they have for the kids is ridiculously tiny. Every month my water bill says I'm using twice the amount of sewer that I am for taking showers and I take 30-45 mins showers and never go to the bathroom at home because I am constantly working so I'm always gone. The laundry room is a joke and your lucky if you can even use them. I went to do my laundry today and had to wait to get a washer and then had to wait 30mins to get a dryer and after I put my clothes in I went back to see if they had another dryer open yet and come to find out after I left the laundry room someone was nice enough to take my clothes out 2 mins after I put them in and use my money to dry their clothes. And if you don't speak spanish you wont make it in this complex. No one hear speaks English and no one is nice. I constantly get ants in my apartment even during winter and summer and I am a clean freak. They dont have a patios at all and if you live on the second floor you have to share the walkway/ make patio. And the parking here is all messed up. All my neighbors have front row spots and my spot is the last spot at the end of the driveway. The office staff is not very nice and lied about what my first months rent would be and what the second months rent would be. The strip of grass at the end of the complex has dog crap all along it because no one ever picks up after their dogs. And this place is very dog friendly, meaning I am always hearing dogs bark no matter what time it is. Last month the police were out here because some got drunk and decided to start breaking windows so I was woken up at 3am with 10 cop cars and an ambulance outside my window with the guy yelling at the officers. This place is a joke and I've lived in some pretty cheap apartments, but never lived in anything like this place. I would not recommend anyone to live here. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move out of here.

The apartments are EXTREMELY TINY!! Only 1 person can fit in the kitchen, and if you're lucky you might be able to squeeze a queen size bed in the bedrooms. You might as well stick to bean bags for the furniture in the living room because a couch would take up all of the space! They brag about their "Gym", most of the equipment is blocked off by caution tape because it's missing parts (real safe!). The manager, whom might I add is the most rude person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting, insisted we see the laundry room because thats all they really have to offer, and even that is really bad! The area didn't seem too bad until I saw an undercover police man patroling the premises! Then they tried charging me $35 on the application, but right there on the paper is printed in bold black letters APPLICATION FEE OF $30. All in all we chose not to move in there and they wouldn't even honor our $100 we put down for the holding fee.
