Prosper Real Estate is a collection of some of the finest real estate experts in the area. Formed by Chris Moore, a Broker with 11 years experience in the local market, Prosper comes about after finding a clear, discernible need for quality service and extensive knowledge in the industry. An area resident since 1989, Moore has seen first-hand the vast development of the Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee Valley’s and is intimately in-tune with the housing markets here in Southern California. Unlike most in the real estate industry, this is Moore’s first career, having started at the age of 20. At 24, he opened his first real estate firm and expanded to three locations in three and a half years before being acquired by a commercial real estate company looking to expand to the residential sector. Immediately prior to opening Proper Real Estate, Moore served as Assistant Branch Manager for the Temecula branch of Southern California’s largest real estate company. Chris stays keenly aware of the market by remaining an active Realtor, as well as, continuing to develop, train and guide other agents.
