Excel Concrete was established in 2005 with a foundation of successful experience spanning back to 1967, when Ron Mills first opened Mills Concrete. Our experienced team has worked together extensively to complete a large variety of projects over the years. Many of our employees have been working with us for 30 years or more. Ronald Mills, founder of Excel Concrete, opened Mills Concrete in San Diego in 1967. Mills Concrete provided structural concrete on a variety of projects including parking structures, hotels, and shopping centers throughout Southern California.
