Single level store. Packed with lots of kids books and toys. I see a lot of staff. Place is fairly clean. Music section is small and there are no listening station s.

Extremely reader unfriendly place. They removed all chairs and sofas and installed security guards who follow you around, looking over your shoulder and asking you not to sit on the floor or lean against anything.

I like this store because they always have plenty of sales staff on hand to help me find a book. It is so much quicker to ask for help then to search and search.
