I have had business dealings with the company three times involving markers for my father-in-law, mother-in-law, and my mother. I was extremely pleased with the service and especially the price weighed against other monument and marker companies. I know for a fact that Mr. Smith saved our family hundreds of dollars and gave good advice on how to deal with some of the corporate cemetery owners where our loved ones are buried. Being a family owned and operated company, you deal with the the owner at all times.

They set a monument for me 5 1/2 years ago but one of the urns is no longer attached to the headstone. I have placed calls over the past 1 1/2 months to fix it with not even the courtesy of a return call. I will fix it myself or call someone else. THIS GRAVE IS MY SON'S, the least they could do is return my call!!!!
