I was very disappointed and upset with this guy and his ability to keep a professional attitude. A gentleman from my church had recommended this business, but it was very early on that I was disappointed. I helped to take care of my mother and I was kept waiting for at least an hour for this guy to come at our meeting time. He also for some odd reason thought I would enjoy hearing very bad taste jokes about women. I found this very unprofessional considering I am a woman. The owner also gave me a speech about how trustworthy he is and if he says something he will always admit it good or bad. I catch him in a lie he had told me and I confronted him about it and he looked right at me and said no comment. I just had to laugh and tie up loose ends with this guy because I didn't appreciate being made fun of because I'm a woman or lied to. I would never recommend this business.

I would not use this business again at all. I felt very uncomfortable with the owner in my home, simply because when he was there he seemed to always find a way to slide in a demeaning comment about women. Since I choose him to work for me, obviously I found this insulting and almost comical that he would actually do this. It was very unprofessional. I just fired him and hired another appraiser, that I'm very happy with, and no he doesn't demean women.
