Terrible customer service. Tried to have someone come out twice for a new pellet stove. Apparently they didn't need the business.

person who calls himself an electrician BEWARE RIPPED ME OFF FOR 100.00 TOLD ME I HAD A BAD BOARD PELLET STOVE ENDED UP FIXING MYSELF.BEWARE OFTHIS MAN

people who "greet" customers and answer phones treat you like you are bothering them. You have to pull every piece of info from them. Completely unpleasant experience. not worth the trouble
