They were able to address all our concerns with replacing an older whole house heating and cooling system with a new zones smart system. The new system drop our heating and cooling energy usage by half! We can’t thank them enough for all they did.

We are elderly so over the years we have had many experiences with service companies including AC/Heat replacement. Watkins rate highest with us..we received a written price after we made our choice of air conditioners. The young men who did the installation were very courteous and didn't mind that we were looking at their progress. They worked in the heat outside and in the attic. We also had them add 8" of insulation. They worked with me to install an app on my phone to control the thermostat. They cleaned everything!! We highly recommend this company.

Worst customer service EVER experienced in my life! This company is completely unprofessional and used inflammatory, hostile language with an invoice that I had to request. Not only do they lie about appointment times, as well as the monetary estimate (cost of service), but they also have the audacity to write nasty letters to paying customers!

To be more detailed:
Had Watkins come out twice to service my home, the first time, the technicians came out and did an inspection to determine if they could clean the vents. I paid them in full that day and called Jamie to schedule a full service vent cleaning. Jamie lied to me about booking the appointment a Monday, where she actually scheduled for Wednesday, but for some reason lied to me about the date. The technicians who came out that Wednesday told me she blatantly lied to me about the Monday appointment and I was never on the schedule. Why lie? It wasted my entire day waiting. Once the service was completed, I asked for a bill to be sent as they gave me an estimate of $450 for the services. Instead of a normal bill that would be expected in the mail I received a NASTY note that not only threatened me, but also ended up charging me $580 versus the $450 I was quoted. I paid in full and decided to register my complaints publically to warn others of the poor business practices. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. The technicians were good, but Jamie/office staff is the most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. Be transparent with your customers, I requested a bill, which is nothing out of the ordinary, and instead recieved an incredibly NASTY letter. I would recommend this company review their internal processes and treatment of customers, particularly ones that pay immediately and are simply looking to have a service done, I am NOT into the DRAMA they introduced to this, it's unbelievable to even think about.

Wonderful to work with, very professional, they explain everything thoroughly both for repairs & new systems, plus have several options available to choose from for new systems. We bought an older home, they came out to see what might be the issue with the old system, after 2 repairs it became obvious that the system wasn't going to work properly any longer, worked with us to install a more state of the art system which works fabulously. We already notice the difference in the utility bills and the comfort level of our home. I highly recommend calling them for all your heat & air needs.
