They say that they are a customer driven company and provide the best value available combined with delivered on time every time... this is right off of their web site. Well they missed our delivery date by three weeks. And the only update we could get is after several calls on on part they never bother to keep us informed. We had ripped out our old kitchen and ready the site for the carpenters to start when they promised delivery. So now we have to live without a kitchen three weeks longer for no good reason on their part. So when they do deliver the carpenters are in the middle of another job so we then have to wait 1.5 weeks more. There was also mistakes with the cabinets, all the doors had the wrong type of hinges on the sink base was made in the wrong style. And one of the base cabinets came with no drawers in it. Six weeks have gone by and Rosebud still have not sent out the right hinges. There is no customer service or they just don't care. They did though had no problem cashing
