Roofing and Siding Job.





We were referred by a family member and decided to give Ivan a call after being done wrong by another contractor. Ivan came out promptly and gave a fair price for re-roofing our home. He and is crew did an amazing job and later put siding on our home. It is a family oriented business and all of his crew remained professional and respected our home. Ivan is a very honest man which in today's time is rare. We look forward to doing business again with this company on our future projects!

Ivan gave us a fair price, negotiated with the Insurance company, and completed the work on time and on budget.

We recently had our heater system leak condensation on to the ceiling of our son's room ceiling. A large chunk of the ceiling even collapsed. Holden Remodeling were on the job within 3 hrs of us calling them, and had it wrapped up in a couple days. The ceiling looks even better now than it did before the leak! We were especially impressed with their attention to detail in terms of making sure everything was cleaned up properly. After they were finished, there was no sign that someone had been in our house replacing part of the ceiling. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a leak over my family room bay window. This started around two years back. We tried a number of hopeful solutions with no positive results. I even hired three different roofers to resolve the problem. Still no results. I called Ivan and he came to evaluate my situation and he made one repair. He told me if it did not work, he would return. Well I had to call Ivan and his second approach with a different idea corrected my problem. I would give Ivan a recommendation to anyone who needs repairs or remodeling.

Ivan was referred to us by a good friend who owns several rental houses. I had a leak in the roof of a rental house and wanted to be sure that my very good tenant was taken care of. Ivan came with very short notice, performed the job with care and attention to detail. This was several months ago and we've had no further leaks!

Holden Remodeling did the Crown Moulding in my master bathroom and one of my other bathrooms in my home. They did an excellent job and were very conscious of the quality of workmanship. They were on time and finished when they said they would finish. Also, Holden Remodeling did not leave my home until I personally inspected the work completed and told them I was satisfied with their work. That was such a breath of fresh air that a contractor asked if I approved of the work they completed. Many other contractors would have taken payment and left without that last walk through. Also, Holden Remodeling has followed up with me several times regarding my liking of the work completed. Talk about a contractor that truly cares about the quality of work completed!! I would and have recommended to anyone that needs work completed around their home. They are first class!!
