Old Jack Rogers shoes for my wife... Perfect look new

Took an old pair of shoes I found at goodwill 3 years ago, wore them down to holes in the soles, they fixed them so well it looks like I have owned them for maybe a year...truly skilled.

Expert shoe repair!!

I have permanently swollen feet due to medications I take. After ordering several different pairs of 4EE wide shoes, I had no luck in finding a pair that would fit. This last time I ordered 6EE shoes but the Velcro closures were not long enough. I became disappointed and discouraged after calling many shops that said they didn't do stitching. I ended up at W. Lee Shoe Repair, and am I ever glad I did. Ray, the owner, took a shoe back and I asked him when I could get them back, and he said he already had done one! Knowing that my feet would swell and go down a little, I wanted to make sure that these shoes would meet that need. Ray adjusted (by cutting leather straps and stitching each time) and I tried them on with me up and walking with them. He was extremely patient, saying he wanted his customers to be completely satisfied! Each time, he did this right on the spot! Ray is a very friendly and courteous gentleman. Well, he went overboard in satisying this customer. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Highly recommend that you go nowhere else for your shoe repair needs!

I searched the Internet because I needed my high heels recapped promptly. I called him and he told me to bring then up and he would do it on the spot. Not only did he recap my heels but he also resoled them. He did it in 45 minutes. My shoes haven't looked better. I will definitely use this shoe shop for all my shoes. Thank you!!

I surfed the web for various shoe repair shops and stumbled on this business. The service was prompt and I received quality work for a very reasonable price. I will use this business in the future and would recommend them to others. Business owner is an Army Veteran and very hard worker!

I have been going to this repair shop for a few years now and have always had a pleasant outcome. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable (cheap if you ask me) and he always get the job done. Depending on the repair they are usually ready the next day or sometimes he does the repair on the spot. He has saved me hundreds by not having to keep buying replacements, and I have never had to take them back for re-repair. I highly recommend this place!
