When I first went here everyone was so friendly and helpful...until I had to cancel my membership because of an emergency relocation. I still haven't received my refund for my regular membership and have been fighting with them on the "personal training" refund even when I didn't even do any training with them, assessed only. I won't mention names but some just seem to be there for the sales pitch and if they don't hook you their attitude changes completely. It's really too bad because this could be a wonderful place.
