Let me start out by saying that Moe's is one of my favorite places to go. However, this Moe's has let me down. My friends and I decided to go here for dinner yesterday and were enjoying ourselves. Something funny was said and one of my friends began to laugh. She has a very unique laugh; a kind of a high pitch squeak. She cannot help how she laughs and most people find it to be hilarious. In the middle of the laughter the owner (who I did not know was the owner at the time) came up to our table and turned to my friend and said something along the lines of "can you stop whatever it is you're doing, you sound like a bird," and walked away. We didn't even get the chance to respond and could no believe how rude he was. We all decided to leave after this because it simply ruined the great time we were having. As we were refilling our drinks he came up behind us and began talking while we weren't really paying attention and soon I heard a sarcastic "Hello?" I was appaled at how he had spoken to us from the beginning and this just pushed it. I turned around to him and engaged in a conversation in which we received NO apologies for his actions. I asked if he was a manager and he responded that he was the owner. I just could not believe that an owner of a restaurant could be so rude to his customers and care so little about making things right. This Moe's location has definitely lost three customers from this.

I like this Moe's, I've only been to Moe's 2 times. The menu is pretty broad, accommodating most tastes. I particularly like the soda fountain they have, it offers a plethora of flavors like lime coke & orange coke.
